The Kogi team, which specializes in measuring and transforming corporate cultures, is joined by David Brzobohatý, an expert in individual and team development.
David will enrich the Kogi team with his experience, which he has gathered for over 20 years in management positions in the Czech Republic and abroad, primarily in the financial services sector. He will focus on coaching, HR, and compensation.
“David is a veteran of the Czech HR scene who has an amazing career behind him. His experience from both the Czech and Asian markets suitably complements our existing core team. I don't know anyone else who could build an HR department from scratch that is capable of hiring 1,000 new employees a month,” says Filip Hurda, CEO of the company.
David began his career after studying at the University of Economics in the field of financial and tax auditing. In the following years, he specialized in compensation. At IVAX (now Teva), he held the position of European Compensation Manager, and at the then GE Money Bank, he gained experience in team management. Since 2010, he has been developing in HR positions at Česká spořitelna. His responsibilities included implementing changes in HR management, compensation, and employee evaluation. Subsequently, within the Home Credit group, he relocated to the Philippines in 2015, where he built a full-fledged HR department and scaled the company from 800 to 13,000 employees in just a few years.
“I am looking forward to being able to fully dedicate myself to the personal and professional development of individuals and teams at Kogi. I especially enjoy working with people, helping to build teams, and setting up their environments so they can thrive and be successful,” adds David Brzobohatý.
