Kateřina Wildanger is becoming an asset to Kogi CON.

The team of Kogi, which specializes in measuring and transforming corporate cultures, is joined by Kateřina Wildanger, an expert in HR and strategic management.

With nearly 20 years of experience in managerial positions and more than 10 years of practice in HR consulting and personnel advisory, Kateřina will utilize her expertise in Kogi especially in the areas of strategic management, psychodiagnostics, and talent development.

"Katka is not only an exceptional personality, but she also has extraordinary expertise in diagnosing management styles. She comes to strengthen our core team in both client projects and transformations of their corporate cultures, as well as in internal development at the product and brand level," specifies Filip Hurda, CEO of the company.

She began her career in 2006, managing investment activities within a Czech Family office. Since 2012, she has fully dedicated herself to the field of human resources and served as the sales and marketing director at Human Garden. She was responsible for the business restart of TCC, where she subsequently held the position of managing director until 2020. Kateřina was also part of the strategic leadership of several multinational venture capital start-ups, where she focused primarily on strategic business development and HR.

"I believe that I will use my previous experiences and knowledge at Kogi; both the approach and functioning of Kogi resonate with me, as does the topic of corporate culture as such. I look forward to bridging and further enhancing know-how in the area of HR, People Assessment, and maximally supporting corporate transformations 'from the inside'," adds Kateřina Wildanger.
