Martin Dvořák has joined the team at Kogi, a company specializing in measuring and transforming corporate cultures. He is an expert in team development and collaboration, compensation and performance, working with data, and effectively connecting it with business and human behavior.

Kogi, a sought-after expert in establishing a productive corporate culture, is pleased to announce that it has welcomed Martin, who brings extensive experience from management consulting, corporate reorganizations, and human resources. Martin has over fifteen years of experience at prestigious companies such as Vodafone, Skanska, Dr. Max, Kantar, and Česká spořitelna, where he led significant projects in corporate and team restructuring, compensation, and HR transformations.

His long-standing practice has taught Martin to work with people under challenging conditions and to find opportunities where others would see problems. His empathy, ability to connect with people's needs, and skill to see the whole picture enable him to solve complex situations with confidence and perspective. “What I enjoy most at Kogi is that I can utilize my ability to quickly grasp the context of the corporate environment with various clients and offer them tailored solutions that help them achieve success. I like improvisation, but I also see the importance of standardization and sustainability of established models and processes,” says Martin about his arrival.

In the past, he has led extensive transformation projects, including the restructuring of the HR team at Vodafone, assisted with the change of the business model at Skanska, where he helped transform the corporate culture and the understanding of the client and the role of project manager. Martin also has extensive experience in international environments – he has led teams in various countries across Europe, including Italy, Poland, and Romania.

“Martin understands the relationships very quickly down to the smallest detail. He can connect and analyze data, from which he promptly creates a comprehensive picture, contributing to more effective decision-making and better results,” highlights Filip Hurda, CEO of the company.

With Martin's arrival, the consulting team will expand and enrich. Kogi will continue its journey towards innovation and growth, relying on Martin's extensive experience and his desire to continually explore new paths to success.
