The team at Kogi, a company specializing in measuring and transforming corporate cultures, is growing with Kateřina Wildanger, an expert in HR and strategic management.
With nearly 20 years of experience in management roles and more than 10 years in HR consulting and personnel advisory, Kateřina will put her expertise to use at Kogi primarily in strategic management, psychodiagnostics, and talent development.
“Katka isn't just an exceptional person — she also brings outstanding expertise in diagnosing management styles. She's joining to strengthen our core team, both on client projects and corporate culture transformations, and in internal development at the product and brand level,” says Filip Hurda, CEO of the company.
She began her career in 2006, managing investment activities for a czech Family office. From 2012, she moved fully into human resources, serving as sales and marketing director at Human Garden. She led the sales turnaround at TCC, where she went on to serve as managing director until 2020. Kateřina was also part of the strategic leadership team at several multinational venture capital start-ups, focusing primarily on strategic business and HR development.
“I believe I'll be able to put my experience and knowledge to good use at Kogi — both the way Kogi works and approaches things, and of course the topic of corporate culture itself, really resonate with me. I'm looking forward to combining and further sharpening our know-how in HR and people assessment, and to supporting corporate transformation ‘from the inside’ as much as possible,” adds Kateřina Wildanger.
