Martin Dvořák, an expert in team development and collaboration, compensation and performance, and working with data to meaningfully connect it with business and human behavior, has joined the team at Kogi, a company specializing in measuring and transforming corporate cultures.
Kogi, a sought-after expert in building productive corporate cultures, is delighted to welcome Martin to the team. He joins the company with extensive experience in management consulting, corporate reorganizations, and human resources. Martin has more than fifteen years of experience at prestigious companies such as Vodafone, Skanska, Dr. Max, Kantar, and Česká spořitelna, where he led major projects in corporate and team restructuring, compensation, and HR transformation.
Martin's years of experience have taught him how to work with people in demanding conditions and to find opportunities where others might see only problems. His empathy, his ability to tune into people's needs, and his skill at seeing the bigger picture let him handle complex situations with clarity and perspective. “What I enjoy most at Kogi is being able to use my ability to quickly grasp the context of a company's environment across different clients and offer them a tailored solution that helps them succeed. I like improvising, but I also see the importance of standardizing and sustaining the models and processes we put in place,” Martin says of joining the company.
In the past, he has led large-scale transformation projects, including restructuring the HR team at Vodafone and helping change the business model at Skanska, where he helped shift the corporate culture and rethink the client relationship and the role of the project manager. Martin also has extensive international experience, having led teams across several European countries, including Italy, Poland, and Romania.
“Martin grasps context down to the smallest detail, and very quickly. He can connect and analyze data and turn it into a coherent picture in no time, which supports more effective decision-making and better results,” says Filip Hurda, CEO of the company.
With Martin on board, our consulting team grows and gets stronger. Kogi will keep pursuing its path of innovation and growth, drawing on Martin's extensive experience and his drive to keep finding new paths to success. About Kogi
