Only 13% of people feel part of the company. One in three is looking for a new job.
Corporate culture in the Czech Republic is losing momentum. Research among 381 employees showed that:
only just under a fifth of people are truly satisfied,
a mere 13% feel like an important part of their organization, and only 16% go beyond their duties because they believe in the company's future.
Employees often do not perceive corporate culture as a support for productivity or as a factor that attracts new talent. Most often, they lack appreciation and alignment between values and practice.
