Corporate culture in the Czech Republic is losing momentum: fewer than one in five employees are satisfied, only 13% feel truly valued, and just 16% go beyond their duties.
Many don’t see culture as supporting productivity or attracting talent, due to poor appreciation and a gap between values and practice.
Corporate culture in the Czech Republic is losing momentum. Research among 381 employees showed that:
only just under a fifth of people are truly satisfied,
a mere 13% feel like an important part of their organization, and only 16% go beyond their duties because they believe in the company's future.
