Corporate culture is a key driver of performance. When it is healthy and productive. However, our research among 381 employees reveals a critical failure: culture does not function as a driver of growth.

Only 8% of people perceive corporate culture as a competitive advantage. Only 16% of people are engaged in their work. Only 9% of people believe that culture positively influences their personal productivity.

Three critical pieces of evidence that the culture of domestic companies does not fulfill its business mission:

Culture does not sell: It does not serve the function of attracting talent and does not ensure differentiation from the competition.
Motivation crisis: Nearly one-fifth (36%) of respondents are actively seeking new jobs.
Culture hinders operations: The weakest ratings are for internal processes, which with an index of 48 do not facilitate the achievement of goals.
